Saving Your Skin From A Sand Storm

What the hell is wrong with Lebanese weather? Yesterday was a beautiful sunny day, and all of a sudden, the sky turned brown. When I arrived back home today, my face felt really gritty and every pore was clogged with microscopic particles. Gross.

I immediately took a hot shower to open up my pores and make the cleansing process more effective. I used the Clarins Daily Energiser Cleansing gel and Mini Luna by Foreo to deep cleanse and get all the nasty dust/sand/whatever-that-is out of my skin.

Next, I exfoliated my face with Lush’s Ocean Salt to restore my face to its “real” and proper state. I also used it on my whole body after showering.

To finish off, I applied Dermalogica’s Skin Hydrating mask for about twenty minutes and moisturized my face with Bioderma’s Hydra.

This type of weather could be really dangerous. Don’t forget to cover your nose/mouth and wear big glasses, if you happen to be outside. Stay safe!
